A Diploma, a New Beginning: Celebrating SISU’s Class of 2026
On Saturday, September 26, 2026, SISU Empowering Others, in partnership with Successful Start, celebrated the High School Diploma Program’s Class of 2026 at the Boys & Girls Club of Bethlehem. It was a day filled with pride, gratitude, and hope as graduates came together to celebrate their accomplishments and the possibilities ahead.
Each diploma represents more than a completed milestone. It reflects perseverance, commitment, and the courage to keep moving forward. Our graduates remind us that everyone’s educational journey is different—and every achievement deserves to be celebrated.
Through its High School Diploma Program, SISU provides encouragement, mentorship, and support as participants work toward their educational goals. This graduation brought that purpose to life, celebrating students who continued working toward a brighter future.
SISU extends heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ann Taylor of Successful Start for her partnership and dedication to our students, and to Isa Sanchez, SISU’s Co-founder and Executive Director, for organizing the celebration and supporting graduates throughout their journey.
We are grateful to Eliana Jiménez for serving as our master of ceremonies and bringing warmth and energy to this special occasion. Thank you to John and Carmen of J2C Consultants, our Bethlehem School District volunteers, and Jady and Tzeitty for their help with decorations and preparations.
A special thank-you goes to Genesis and Winston at the Boys & Girls Club of Bethlehem for welcoming SISU and providing a space where our graduates could be recognized and celebrated.
To every volunteer, supporter, family member, and friend who contributed: your time, encouragement, and care helped make this day meaningful.
For the Class of 2026, graduation marks both an accomplishment and a beginning. Whether their next step is further education, career training, employment, or another personal goal, we hope they carry this achievement as a reminder of what they can accomplish.
To our graduates: We are proud of you. Thank you for believing in yourselves and continuing forward. Your hard work matters, and your next chapter is yours to build.
SISU Empowering Others remains committed to helping people move toward their goals through mentorship, advocacy, and connection to resources. This celebration reflects the heart of that work: a community showing up for one another and celebrating progress together.
Congratulations, Class of 2026!
