SISU Empowering Others proudly hosted the 3rd Street Outreach Give Back, in collaboration with Casa Guadalupe, continuing our mission to meet people where they are with compassion, dignity, and support.

This outreach was truly a labor of love. Our dedicated SISU members were up until 1:00 AM packing meals, hygiene kits, and essential supplies to ensure our neighbors experiencing homelessness received what they needed the very next day. Their commitment is a powerful reminder that community care doesn’t stop at convenience—it’s driven by heart.

Because of their support, we were able to come together to distribute meals and essentials throughout Allentown, including additional outreach stops at The Gathering Place.

The day was filled with teamwork, compassion, and genuine connection—the kind that reminds us why this work matters. Every conversation, every meal shared, and every act of kindness strengthened the bond between neighbors and reinforced the power of community.
