Hope in Action: SISU’s Stability and Wellness Program Returns by Community Request
On June 9, 2025, we marked what was originally planned to be the final session of our Stability and Wellness Program—a program built with love, compassion, and a commitment to serve individuals facing mental health challenges. What happened next reminded us why we do this work: our participants asked for more.
Because of the overwhelming feedback and the powerful stories of transformation, we are proud to announce that the Stability and Wellness Program will continue starting next Monday. This isn’t just a win for SISU—it’s a testament to the strength and resilience of our community and the urgent need for safe, supportive spaces to grow and heal.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the PM Foundation, whose generous funding made this program possible. Their investment has not only supported mental wellness but has also empowered individuals to take control of their healing journey through mindfulness, self-care, and life balance. Thanks to their belief in SISU’s mission, dozens of lives have been touched, and the program continues to flourish.
This program was created for those who often fall through the cracks—individuals struggling with mental health who need more than just services; they need connection, consistency, and care. At SISU, we don’t just offer support. We offer hope with action.
To our friends at PM Foundation, especially Paula Gonzalez, thank you for walking alongside us. Your support has given our participants the tools to breathe easier, think clearer, and step into their strength. You are helping build a stronger, more compassionate community.
As we continue this journey, we will always proudly recognize PM Foundation’s vital role in our success.
With gratitude and hope,
SISU Empowering Others
