SISU Empowering Others Participates in CareerLink Mock Interview Event to Support Jobseekers
July 25, 2025 – Lehigh Valley, PA
On July 25, SISU Empowering Others proudly participated in a Mock Interview event hosted by CareerLink, aimed at preparing jobseekers for success in the workforce. The event provided a meaningful platform for individuals to gain confidence and sharpen their interview skills with real-time feedback from professionals across the community.
Due to an increased class size, CareerLink added more interview stations, allowing each participant to engage in brief but impactful interviews. SISU was honored to be part of this hands-on experience, asking interview questions, offering encouragement, and helping jobseekers take one more step toward employment readiness.
Despite temporary construction impacting the Union Boulevard/Home Run Lane entrance and the closure of the customer parking lot, CareerLink ensured a smooth experience by providing alternative parking in the Iron Pigs lot and entrance access via Dauphin Street and Iron Pigs Way.
SISU Empowering Others remains committed to supporting individuals through mentorship, advocacy, and access to opportunity. This event was another example of how collaboration and community action can help pave the way for brighter futures.
We thank CareerLink for inviting us and salute all the participants for showing up with courage and determination. Empowering others is what we do—and it starts with showing up for one another.
